鐵桶從天而降 情侶檔豎井施工被砸傷
花蓮市區下午發生一起工安意外！一對情侶檔工程人員，正在施作地下水道工程時，突然被上方掉哪裡買開箱文落的鐵桶砸中，其中呂姓男子身上多處骨折，女友則是輕傷，雙雙送醫救治。
受傷的工人上長背板，搜救人員用吊繩將人從地下水道，吊掛上來只見他神情痛苦。
等到吊上地面，現場所有人鬆一口氣，好在這名呂姓工人意識清楚沒有大礙，但緊急送醫後發現身上多處骨折。
另外，坐在一旁的女友，同樣全身上下都是傷，所幸只有輕傷沒有大礙，事發第一時間還是自行爬出脫困。
下水道工程人員vs記者：「兩個啦兩個喔，啊傷勢怎麼樣，都外傷而已啦，人還有意識，是什麼東西掉下去，這個吊掛的鐵桶啦，鐵桶是像這個鐵桶嗎，沒有小的啦。」
花蓮市區下午發生這起工安意外，這對情侶檔工人當時正在地下水道，施作工程只是沒想到，頭頂上方懸掛的鐵桶，疑似繩索斷裂直接往下墜，痛砸頭部2人一起跌在涵洞下方，一直到其他同事聽聞聲響，才趕緊報案。
自強消防分隊分隊長黃文鴻：「看這個情形可能是東西砸到的，然後他們可能是受傷在地下道的部分，那這部分我們就派，救護人員下去就是做，初步的處置跟固定。」
現場人員表示，疑似是吊車要將工程用鐵桶，吊掛進下水道時，當時雨勢過大導致機械短路，才會發生意外。
